Common Questions

Do I need to install any software?

No. GlassOuse connects as a standard Bluetooth mouse — the same way a wireless mouse would. Your device recognises it automatically. No apps, no drivers, no setup.

Can I use it if I have a tremor?

Yes. GlassOuse has adjustable cursor speed and acceleration. During your demo we set these to match your movement — slower and steadier if needed. Many Parkinson's and MS users find it much easier than a conventional mouse.

What if I can't use a bite switch?

We offer three additional click switches — finger press (GS03), large press button (GS06), and blink sensor (GS12). We'll find the right one for your ability during the free assessment.

Can it work with my AAC device or ECS system?

Yes. GlassOuse pairs with any Bluetooth device — including most AAC speech generating devices and environmental control tablets. It effectively turns any screen into a fully accessible interface.

Is it available on NHS or grant funding?

Potentially yes. GlassOuse can form part of an ECS or AT package funded through NHS, HSC, Access to Work, or Disabled Facilities Grant. We'll advise on the best route for your situation.

Can I try it before buying?
