The guys called to my mums house in Ballymena to install hearing equipment. They took the time to explain everything to my mum and showed her empathy. She felt they communicated well with her and included her in the set up. I could tell they were enthusiastic and interested in the work they do which was lovely to see. They left my mums house tidy (took away all the boxes) and they left on a positive note. It was a very uplifting experience.
